🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility:

• Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Custom-designed products are not returnable unless faulty.

Process:

1. Email support@clothiqvibe.com with order number, photos, and reason.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product verification.

Exchange: 

We offer exchange only for size or defect, not for design preferences
